As a customer assistance representative you will work on an established list of accounts on an automated collections system and/or autodialing system. You are expected to delight the customer by developing their current financial situation showing compassion and offering solutions. You will be collecting on numerous types of accounts - consumer, government, small business and commercial.
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified. A High School Diploma or equivalent and/or relevant work experience to include customer service work is required. Effective and professional phone communication skills with internal and external customers are required. Candidates must be able to deliver superior customer communication through problem resolution, sales, servicing and negotiation techniques.
