Proprietary Blend Provides No Quantities of Ingredients & Questionable Cost Value
I am not inclined to take any proprietary blend nutritional supplement products - those in which the amounts of the ingredients are not provided and/or for which I cannot obtain evidential information on the benefit of each ingredient.

Back last October an individual had asked my and Paul's opinion of the products offered at cyberwize, com, one of which is Tunguska Blast (TB). I provided a review to that person and I will be glad to print it in its entirety if requested.
Briefly, the 2 ml out of 30ml for a "serving size" given of TB, contains a moderately long list of herbal items, some of which I and Paul take regularly and all of which an individual properly should have more information than the very brief claims made at the cyberwize.com website. (For instance, too much glycyrrhizinates can create an increase in cortisol, which is not desirable - but this would not even be suspected by the reader who has no idea how much is in the product.)
Also, the second "other ingredient" listed (after water), "all-natural fructose (derived from grain)" has been known for at least 5 years to be more of a problem than glucose, for which it began to be used as a substitute before this became evident. See a very recent abstract of study paper, "Dietary fructose and the metabolic syndrome." pmid.us/18301272

Unfortunately the owners of Cyberwize are putting far too much effort into a sell job based on vague statements and even outlandish claims (" A powerful dietary supplement developed as a result of the miracle of 1908 in Tunguska, Russia.") rather than facts. The fact that Cyberwize does not provide links to peer-reviewed abstracts of studies on the ingredients in its Tunguska Blend (and other products) for its potential customers (and distributors) and instead emphasizes other areas - a selling team, testimonials from customers/distributors and charitable causes - leads me to question the cost value of its products (ie. TB at 1oz daily costs is $1.72/day - current price of $54.95 for 32oz). In comparison, the cost of LEF's rhodiola (a well documented beneficial herb which is low on the list in TB) to members is ~$0.15 daily (1 capsule 250 mg, 60 cap bottle); other companies may have a comparable dose capsule for less.

Bottom line - I recommend that others become more informed about cyberwize.com's products before they decide to purchase and use them. This recommendation applies equally to all nutritional supplements and chemicals of all types. Each person has only one body - there aren't any spares in the closet... - , posted 03/14/08

Tunguska Blast!
I don't usually recommend MLM type things - it's a little too Amway for my taste. I've been using this product, however, for about six months now. From the very day I started using it, I have been getting more sleep, and much better quality sleep, than I have since I was a kid. Even when time constrains me to just a few hours a night, I wake up feeling more refreshed and rested than I have in years. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.

I also recently started using the Vital Greens product, and I have noticed a definite decrease in hunger through the day. If you're looking to curb your appetite (especially if you're on the SAD - or Standard American Diet), this product is definitely for you. Better vitality, better living, better quality of life. - kvD , posted 03/12/08
